Christmas party

These are pictures of some of my great nieces and nephews and grandchildren.  It was hard to get them all of look at the same time.  After they grouped together Cara is trying to "conduct" them in singing a Christmas song.  Some of the girls are wearing an embroided apron and the rest have a Colts pillow or Colts blanket.

Gingerbread House

Dillon and I have started a tradition of decorating a gingerbread house.  I gather the material and he designs.  This is his creation for 2008.

Here are pictures of the "decorator" at work!
I even got him to wear an apron so he didn't get his short dirty!

Conducting

Cara was over and decided she needed to conduct "the choir" which consisted of Grandpa, Daddy and Grandma, but she wouldn't let me leave the "choir" to take of picture of all of them together. But I did get a picture of her.
But before we "sang" she had everyone dancing!

And a smile

I finally got a smile from him when we visited him at school

Milk and Cookies with Oscar

Grandpa and Grandma were invited by Oscar to have milk and cookies with him at his school.  We got so see what he does all day and his class sang a Christmas song.
Cara went with us and here they are at the table eating their cookies.
Oscar picked out a book to read for us.
And since I cannot get the second picture to delete Oscar must have really liked the book.
Here Cara and Oscar are making a snowman that we got to bring home. They glued cotton on the snowman and placed eyes on them and drew their noses.  Oscar thought they needed hair too so he drew that on.

Disney on Ice

This picture was part of the grand finale of the Disney on Ice Show.
Cara was in awe when the characters came out and danced and skated.

Cara and Tri Kappa

Here Cara is pointing upt where Santa is located in the village. Mommy has a watchful eye to make sure she doesn't get to close or grabby and Cara did not.
Cara went carolling with the Tri Kappa's and after she found a Dickens Village that she was totaling entranced by.  She made all of mommy's and grandma's Tri Kappa sisters come and see the village with her, some sat doun to get the close up view with her.

Charlotte's Christmas Program

Charlotte and her classmates singing a Christmas song.
Cara and Vincent playing before the program started.
Charlotte and her classmates wearing a "red nose" while they sang Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer"
Charlotte and her groug sang another Christmas carol to get everyone in the Christmas spirit!
After the program Cara said that was a good "concert".  We then went out to eat the Car said "That was great singing, Charlotte".  So I think Cara enjoyed herself, as we all did!

Charlotte making a birthday wish!!

Big girl Charlotte is now "5"! Here she is with her new doll and she is wearing a matching dress! Cara came up to her to get a hug! Charlotte blew out all of her candles after she made a wish!

Shopping with Cara

Cara shopping at Toys R Us! actually she was just playing with all the toys on display!

Dillon entertaining!

After all the yard work they took a drive in the big red truck!

Autumn yard work!

Dillon and Oscar were over and wanted to go out and do some yard work.  I found them both gloves to wear.  This was Nov 1, it was warm no jackets! I'm not sure what they are doing here but seemed pretty busy.

Butters

Butters is hard to photograph! He never sits still! Well maybe he does when there are no visitors! But I did get a few cute shots and Charlotte holding him.

Vincent's Birthday

Vincent is now 7.  He wanted to go to his favorite restaurant Stake N Shake but before we left he showed us his Halloween Costume.
