Merry Christmas

Among the many great and wonderful surprises that were beneath the tree is one I wanted to share. This caricature of the "Grand Children". Merry Christmas to all!

Gingerbread

This evening I "helped" Dillon decorate a gingerbread house. After our decorating we found the perfect place in the living room I hope his mom agrees! (the picture didn't come out very well!)

Family Gathering

We had a family gathering. Here is Cara modeling her new coat. Dillon was Santa's helper. Next is Cara greeting Oscar, they had hugged each other but by the time I got the camera he was finished but she was not.

A couple weeks ago I had all of the granchildren pose together for a picture. Well as you can see it's hard to get the little ones to look ahead when they would rather be playing. But nevertheless I love this picture and wanted to share. Dillon in the middle is 8, Vincent is 6, Charlotte is 4, Oscar is 19 months and Cara is 16 months.

Oscar

After Oscar had lunch today he followed with M&M's. As you can see they do melt in your mouth!! and drool and your bib!!

At Build a Bear

In the bottom picture is Cara at the "adding Fluff" machine. She is pressing on the pedal that turns the machine on. In the middle picture is Vincent and others are getting the boxes that you put your in. In the top picture Cara is picking out clothes and accessories for her "bear"!
After our bears were dressed and boxed we went to the foodcourt for a cookie and drink to celebrate Charlotte's birthday. I did not get a picture of the large cookie that said "Happy Birthday Charlotte". The top picture is Oscar with his Colts dressed bear!

Charlotte's Birthday

For Charlotte's birthday we went to Build-A-Bear. In the top picture is everyone is holding their "bear" after they were dressed. You can see not everyone has a bear. There is a dog, a turtle, gorilla, cat all in adorable outfits. In the middle picture Charlotte is giving her cat a bath. This is a machine that blows air to get it clean. Dillon is posing with his gorilla and Vincent has a turtle in a spiderman outfit.

Thanksgiving Program

Grandpa attended a Thanks giving rogram with Charlotte at school. Here she is in her costume.

From the ferry

Here is a view from the ferry going to Martha's Vineyard and a picture of Michael Lisa Dillon and Oscar. Dillon was practicing his photo skills. He took the picture of the seagull and the flag.

Boston "Duck" Tour

Oscar is looking out the window waiting for our turn on the "Duck" Tours. While in Boston we explored the city and waterway via the famous "Duck Tours". Ducks are renovated World War II amphibious vehicles. They tour parts of the city by land and then plunge into the Charles River to show you the waterside view of the city. While we were in the water Dillon drove the "duck" Here is a water view. and a picture of the duck.

In the hotel room Oscar decided to play hide 'n seek in the bathtub! And he loved having twophones to use at the same time!

Brownie Makers

Last weekend when the boys were over Dillon wanted to learn how to make "brownies"! So here we are and, of course, licking the bowl is the best part. After we ate the brownies (which I did not get of picture of) we had ice cream cones. Oscar likes to eat the cone first.

Covered Bridge

Cara enjoyed being pushed around at the Covered Bridge Festival! But with the huge crowd it was hard to get around! But with the heavy crowds I could not get a picture with Emily and Cara and the covered bridge all at the same time. After the long car ride Cara needed a "banana"! She didn't want to go home with Mommy so she stayed and visited with Grandpa and Grandma until dinner time!
